This patient received the following procedures:
- 57 year old male who dislikes the droopiness of his tip, and how far the tip projects away from his face on profile view. Also bothered by his hump. He has lived with this nose for 57 years so doesn't want a new nose but wants to see improvement and wants his nose to look natural to his family without changing his overall facial appearance. Patient underwent hump reduction, narrowing of the bony bridge, with tip narrowing, lifting, and deprojection to make the nose better fit his facial features on profile view.
