- 20 year old male suffered nasal trauma 3 months prior and now with a new hump and crooked nose. Patient also notes difficulty breathing from right side. Patient after endonasal rhinoplasty with hump reduction, septoplasty, and nasal bone straightening. Patient is happy with cosmetic result but also his breathing.
