This patient received the following procedures:
20 year old female who wanted to remove the hump on her nose, lift her droopy nasal tip, and felt her tip was too large for her face. She also had difficulty breathing and was found to have a nasal valve collapse as well as severe septal deviation. Patient underwent an open rhinoplasty with hump reduction, nasal tip refinement with narrowing of the tip and lifting of the tip to create a more feminine profile. At the same time, the septum was straightened and her collapsing nasal valves were reinforced with cartilage from her septum to improve her breathing.
