This patient received the following procedures:
35 year old Asian female felt her nose was too wide on frontal view and spread out when she smiled. Pt was happy with her profile view except for her small hump. Patient underwent an open rhinoplasty with alar reduction, mild tip narrowing, and mild narrowing of bridge to improve width of nose on frontal view while maintaining a similar profile view.
