This patient received the following procedures:
28 year old female who has difficulty breathing and a long nose that droops especially when smiling. She has a mildly crooked nose to the right with a deviated septum, rounded tip that droops, and hump. She desires improvement in breathing and a smaller, more feminine nose. Patient underwent open rhinoplasty with hump reduction, septoplasty and nasal valve repair using septal cartilage for breathing, and nasal tip reduction with lifting of her tip. Her nose was straightened at the same time.
