This patient received the following procedures:
40 year old hispanic female with 3 previous rhinoplasties who desires removal of bump on nose, further narrowing of bridge of nose, removal of bossa, or cartilage scarring, at tip, and lifting of her droopy tip. Patient underwent revision rhinoplasty using closed / endonasal approach with hump removal, removal of tip bossae to reduce sharpness of tip, lifting of tip to treat droopiness, and narrowing of bridge of nose.
