This patient received the following procedures:
54 year old who has not liked her nose her entire life. She has had breathing problems for as long as she can remember and dislikes the hump on her nose as well as how long her tip is on side view and the roundness of her tip on front view. After images show patient after an open rhinoplasty with rib cartilage grafting to reduce her hump, improve her nasal valve collapse and septoplasty to improve her breathing, with reduction of size and length of tip to create a more feminine nose. Notice the improved balance on her side view in regards to her chin and nose proportions. Pt is very happy with her end result.
