This patient received the following procedures:
30 year old female who has had prominent ears her entire life desires an otoplasty to move the ears closer to her head. She currently uses her hair to cover her ears and would like to have more options to style her hair and feels the otoplasty will make her less self-conscious about her prominent ears when her hair is up. After images show the patient after a bilateral otoplasty.
