This patient received the following procedures:
- 60 year old female felt she looked tired and disliked her thin upper lip, the multiple lines around her mouth and on her cheek as well as the banding and heaviness in her neck. Patient underwent an upper lip lift, facelift with platysmaplasty and neck liposuction, and fat injection.
