This patient received the following procedures:
60-year-old female who is bothered by the mild heaviness on her upper lids, puffiness under her lower eyelids, heaviness along the jawline and jowling, heaviness in neck with skin excess in neck. The patient was also noted to have volume support loss throughout her face and a weak chin that contributed to her jowling and neck heaviness. After images show the patient with a lateral browlift, lower blepharoplasty, chin implant placement, deep plane facelift with neck liposuction, and fat grafting to the face to improve loss of volume support under the eyes, in midface, around the mouth, and in temples.
