71-year-old female who is bothered by the heaviness on her upper eyelids, puffiness and excess skin under her lower lids, thinning of her upper lip, and feels like her face is drooping and bothered also by her jowling on the jawline and neck skin excess. The patient underwent a browlift, upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, deep plane facelift with neck liposuction, and an upper lip lift.
