This patient received the following procedures:
63-year-old female after 120 lb weight loss from gastric bypass who is bothered by her lower lid wrinkles and skin excess as well as jowling and excess skin along jawline and in neck. The patient underwent a lower eyelid blepharoplasty with orbicularis suspension to tighten the eyelid muscle in addition to skin to help smooth the lower eyelid skin as well as a deep plane lower facelift, neck liposuction, and fat transfer to face to address hollowing in the under eye region, midface, cheek, corners of mouth and jawline.
