This patient received the following procedures:
55-year-old female who was bothered by the heaviness in her upper eyelids and asymmetry in eyebrows. The patient was found to have a low brow, excess upper eyelid skin, and a hyperactive left forehead muscle that elevated the left eyebrow higher. After images show the patient after a browlift and upper eyelid blepharoplasty. Notice that the left eyebrow is still elevated because of the increased muscle tone on this side which cannot be corrected by surgery. Botox would be the best option to create brow symmetry in this patient.
Individual results may vary.
