- 50 year old female has tried filler in lips multiple times in the past but feels it doesn't last very long and is expensive. She wants a more permanent option. The after images show a large upper and lower lip implant which provides not only a natural appearance and feel but also permanent volumization. Pt also had hairline advancement, trichophytic brow lift, deep plane mini facelift, and fat injections for volume support at the same time.
