- 60 year old female who is bothered by the excess skin on her eyes, jowling, excess skin in neck, and platysma banding. Patient notes that she has a hyperactive platysma muscle when she talks and already gets botox in her neck regularly. After photo shows the patient after a minibrowlift and minifacelift with platysma tightening.
