This patient received the following procedures:
- 42 year old female who had a high hairline her entire life desired forehead reduction and hairline advancement to create better balance to her face. She also wished to create a natural tilt to the outside of her eyes, commonly referred to a 'Cat Eye' procedure. Patient underwent single stage hairline advancement as well as bilateral Lateral Canthal Repositioning (Cat Eye Procedure) after pretreatment with our brown skin protocol to minimize risk of hyperpigmentation and hypertrophic scarring at the incision sites. A natural eyelid tilt (cat eye) and hairline advancement of 1 inch was achieved.
