This patient received the following procedures:
- 70-year-old female who felt the height of her forehead was out of proportion to the rest of her face and desired forehead reduction, also known as hairline advancement, to balance her face on frontal view. The patient underwent a forehead reduction. It may be difficult to visualize, but note the thin incision at the hairline, and because of the technique used, also note the hair growth emerging through the incision to further camouflage the scar.
