This patient received the following procedures:
53-year-old female who felt her face was drooping and disliked the heaviness along the jawline and under her chin. She previously had neck liposuction alone but did not help. The patient underwent a deep plane facelift with a revision of her neck liposuction as she still had some fatty tissue present under the chin. Fat injection was also performed to support the lift and to restore volume to the midface and areas around the mouth.
