56-year-old female who is bothered by her jowling, neck skin excess, and her elongated ear lobes. The patient underwent a minifacelift to tighten the jawline and neckline, bilateral ear lobe reduction to reduce the size of the ear lobes, and fat transfer to face to treat volume loss in temples, under eyes, midface, around the mouth and chin, and both corners of mouth.
