This patient received the following procedures:
- 34 year old female desires flattening of her nasal hump with a mild tip lift. Pt notices the hump mostly on oblique and profile views. Patient underwent endonasal ethnic rhinoplasty with hump reduction and mild tip lift. No changes were made to the tip itself.
