This patient received the following procedures:
- 30 yo hispanic female who desires an overall smaller, more feminine nose with improved definition. Pt underwent an Ethnic open rhinoplasty to narrow the tip with placement of an implant on the bridge to create a higher bridge with better definition and contour as well as an alar reduction for an overall smaller but more feminine nose.
