This patient received the following procedures:
- 31 year old female bothered by her wide tip and nostrils especially upon smiling. She also didn't like how far her nose projected away from her face on profile view. Patient underwent open rhinoplasty with deprojection of her nasal tip, tip narrowing and alar reduction to create a better balanced nose for her face.
