This patient received the following procedures:
- 24 year old who desired an ethnic nose that fit her other facial features and would not widen as much on smiling. Patient underwent an open rhinoplasty to reduce the width of the entire nose and to put it in sync with the proportions of her face while maintaining her profile view which she liked.
