This patient received the following procedures:
- 44 year old african american female who feels her bridge is too low on profile and her tip and nostrils are too wide especially on smiling. Patient underwent open rhinoplasty with dorsal implant, tip narrowing, and alar reduction to reduce width of nose but maintain an ethnic look.
