This patient received the following procedures:
- 29 year old African American female who desired a narrowing of her nose on frontal view and improved profile view. Pt underwent an open ethnic rhinoplasty with implant placement (only at bridge) to add height to the dorsum and increase narrowing effect at bridge followed by narrowing of the tip and nostrils.
