This patient received the following procedures:
- 30-year-old African American female who desires an overall smaller nose that fits her face with a more feminine tip and more defined bridge. Wants to reduce width of nose on smiling. Patient underwent open rhinoplasty with implant placement on bridge with narrowing of tip and alar reduction to create a nose that fits her other facial features but still remains ethnic and natural looking.
