This patient received the following procedures:
- 26 year old female who felt her nose was too big and too wide for her face. She wanted a more defined tip and bridge. Patient underwent an open ethnic rhinoplasty with a small dorsal implant to create height and narrowing of the bridge in addition to tip narrowing and alar reduction for an overall smaller, more feminine nose that fit her other facial features.
