This patient received the following procedures:
- 40 year old female bothered by the width of her tip and nostrils and notes that it gets wider when she smiles. She feels her nose is too big for her face. Patient underwent open rhinoplasty with dorsal implant placement to add height and to create apparent narrowing and contour to the sides of the nose followed by narrowing of the tip and ala (nostrils). Pt wanted to maintain an ethnic appearance but wanted an overall smaller nasal footprint on her face.
