This patient received the following procedures:
- 30 year old male interested in reducing the width of his nose. Mostly bothered by the width of his nostrils. He wanted the nostril size reduced but wanted to maintain his ethnicity. After images show patient after alar base reduction only. Notice the decrease in alar flaring.
